Visit existing client s in Mumbai to provide access and desk-wise training
Manage client queries on phone and mail by handling Helpdesk
Provide basic technical support in terms of giving product access, installation and data updation
Should be good in excel to analyse data and create MIS
Excellent in English (read, write, speak)
