Job Description :
The person will be responsible for the development of different functionalities of the online products.
•Product development o Coding of different functional components of the information products based on the requirements from the business team o Coding should be based on scalability, maintainability and performance effectiveness
•System Design o Understand the existing system and make additions in such a manner that the system integrity is maintained o Suggest scalable and most efficient solution for meeting the functional requirements
Desired Profile :
•Degree in computer science or related, 0 to 2 years of coding experience in internet product development. o Any scripting language such as php, python and/or application frameworks (Ruby on Rails, Django, TurboGears, etc) o Linux or other Unix flavors •Good understanding of content management systems and content processing technologies •Strong problem solving skills and the ability to quickly troubleshoot anything •Experience with modern source control systems (Subversion, Mercurial, Perforce, GIT, etc)
