Job Description

"Business Support Services: Administering people policies, related benefits and providing executive support.

1. To perform tasks as per process documentation (receive input and process to generate suitable output such as letters, calculations, update database as required)

2. To maintain detailed audit trails for all activities, and maintain effective documentation with regard to each case

3. To support other team members (e.g. new recruits) coaching and enabling them to deliver expected service to the scheme members

4. To be involved in running service and process improvement projects within the team giving tangible benefits to the organization

5. To keep process documentation up to date and to ensure any changes are reviewed and authorized by the Process Lead / Team Leader

Years of Experience : : 0 - 1 years of experience in any KPO International

Good Communication Skills both verbal & written

Experience & Knowledge of MS Excel

Line of Business: US Retirement Plan (401k) Recordkeeping. We support clients in maintaining accounts, transaction & payroll processing, Compliance testing and other back end operations of retirement plans.

Achieving the process defined SLAs and volume targets

Strict adherence to non disclosure of client information by preserving client confidentiality

Taking active participation in process improvements and automation

Ensure Quality Control standards that have been set are adhered to

Excellent organizational skills with ability to identify and prioritize report requests based on Turn Around Time

Completing assigned responsibilities within timelines
