Job Description

Desktop Support Engineer

Install Desktop OS as per requirement ,Addremove accessories and devices peripherals, configure PC's.

Installation of Printer/Scanner

Maintain records of new machines installed, movement of machines.

Install Load/reload office automation software .

Handle Printing problems at user desktops.

Will be responsible to close maximum number of tickets.

Skills Required :

Knowledge of hardware & networking.

Good in communication.

Should be ready for field work.
