Good communication skills; liaison with Branch & customer; Insurance domain knowledge;
digitization skills & Advance knowledge of Computers (MS Office).
Branch / Back Office Operation Staff
Data entry / QC / indexing / Scanning / Scrutiny of documents / Cash management /
Knowledge of computer operation, typing speed, preferably having knowledge on insurance process
working at branch level.
