Should have strong Java,J2EE ,Web services back ground
Should be good in designing the front end using either GWT , HTML5 or Flex technologies.
Or at least have knowledge about the some front end with knowledge on these technologies
Should process strong design skills and should have done project execution requirements phase
Should possess good client facing skills
