Customer Service Executive
0 to 2+ years of Catalog experience with a reputable company in the eCommerce domain
(High Preferred).
Ability to multi task in a dynamic environment with the speed & accuracy to meet business
standards.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data & complex business rules.
Research on the internet & well versed with the eCommerce domain.
Excellent in MS Office, especially in MS Excel / MS Word.
Be detail-oriented and well organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, and deal with
rapidly-changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for delivering greater customer experience.
Must have an eye for detail to capture content from multiple sources online & logincal articulation
of ideas.
