Research Associate
The candidate should possess a degree M.Sc. (Physics).
The candidate having experience on high quality surface preparation of semiconductor material will
be preferred.
Age limit(As on 31.10.2017): 30 years
Contract period: The post is initially for a period of one year, which is further extendable on
performance and requirement basis.
Remuneration:
First year: Rs.23,000/-
Second year: Rs.24,000/-
