Job Description

Required skills and experience:

 Either: Microsoft .NET development, for example C#, VB, C++, or COM/Win32.

OR: Java application development.

Comfortable with Unix/Linux command-line operations.  Familiar with LDAP and XML.

Strong desire to learn and develop in the application security space.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, inter-personal skills, and the ability to take ownership and work effectively as part of a team.

Demonstrated strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills

Desired technical skills:

Background in application security or identity management, specifically Single Sign On.

Experienced installing, configuring, managing and deploying an application server such as WebLogic, a web server such as Apache, and a directory server such as Sun LDAP.

Familiar with application security concepts including web-based, Web Service-based and messaging-based application security.

Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, e.g. stored procedure development.

Educational Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline is preferable.
