Job Description:
Research Analyst/Marketing Manager
Responsible for initiating and cultivating relationship with Technical/Purchase/Commercial
managers of Industrial and home customers.
Research and Creation of market channel and exploration of the sales, and take charge to
conceptualize and carry out and complete the monthly marketing plan for products across all
categories.
Seek out and Manage opportunities in specific verticals to develop Business.
To independently deal with the enquiry, quotation, according to the products, price and market
strategies.
To enlarge selected product marketing in the high response areas, actively accomplish the sale
quantity target based on the marketing strategy of the company.
Constantly remain updated on and report the dynamic market prices across product categories
and regularly deliver the market analysis report as well as individual work weekly report to the
company.
To tie up with necessary strategic partners and ensure activities carried out by partners are as
per the agreements.
To collect data from all possible sources; direct marketing information, customers� opinions to
further optimize marketing strategies and after-sale service.
Creating and Executing Mock ups, E-mail campaigns, Online Promotional Campaigns, etc.
Candidate Profile
Thorough understanding of all traditional / below the line modes of marketing.
Must Possess Strong Interpersonal, Analytical, Reasoning skills with the ability to handle and
adapt to a situation and play to your strengths by being tactful.
Tenacious, Relentless, Sales Oriented; believe in working together and Capable of driving
exponential growth in a very short time frame.
Have a Determined, Positive attitude and willing to work in a demanding, fast paced and dynamic
work environment.
Must be Supremely Capable to undertake Market Research along with possessing knowledge of
Digital Marketing, Direct Marketing, MS Office and Product lines being sold.
Masters or Bachelor�s degree in Marketing, related discipline or equivalent work experience.
