Job Description:
Software Developer
Candidates should possess Total engineering minimum experience required is typically a BSCS or
BSEE degree and 3 years of experience, less for MS and PhD.
Strong Software Development and Debugging skills: - C, C , or assembly language
Experience - Understanding of software interfaces, data structures and basic algorithms
Device driver development and performance tuning for Windows, UNIX, or RTOS systems (Linux or
FreeBSD strongly preferred)
Demonstrated fluency in multi-threaded programming, synchronization, interprocess
communications, process scheduling and other OS concepts (Linux preferred) - Architecture and
Low Level Hardware/ Software experience
Strong working knowledge of PCI, PCI-X, and PCI Express - Register level programming of complex
devices - Use of protocol and logic analyzers Familiarity with networking protocols and
technologies: - Ethernet; TCP/ IP Core Networking protocols (ARP, UDP, DHCP, ICMP, etc. )
Excellent Communications skills (written and verbal): - Fluency (conversational and/ or technical) in
foreign languages is a plus - Strong presentation skills are desired Outstanding problem solving skills
and great attitude are required
