Engineer, Staff I - Firmware
Member of firmware team responsible for system integration
Implementation and testing of system level features.
Integration of the audio / video codec with other firmware modules.
Bring-up and validation of audio / video features on DSP simulator and actual silicon.
May have to travel to customer site and provide on-site support on need basis
Candidate Profile
Required Skills:
Should have a good knowledge of any DSP processor architecture
Should have good knowledge of C programming
Should have good knowledge of assembly language programming
Should have good knowledge of microprocessor architecture
Desired Skills
Experience in at least one complete firmware project life-cycle
Experience in dealing with customers
Experience in debugging system level issues.
Knowledge of video/audio algorithms
