Personal Secretary

Experience in Secretarial Service

Prior experience in Bosch Ltd. (preferred)

Good communication skills (Should be good at English Mandatory)

Shorthand and typing certification (mandatory)

Knowledge and experience with MS Office (mandatory)

Scope of Activities:
Calendar Management

Travel arrangements

Office management

Coordination of events and other functions related to the dept.

Monthly Management report to GLs and HR MIS

Procurement of stationery and capital items

Routine office administration

Other assistance to RBIN/HRC,-/HRL as and when required.

Other routine Secretarial assistance.

5S coordination for the dept.

skills: Experience in Typing, Decent communication skills, Previous experience in Secreterial practice preferred.
