Job Description
Technical Support Summer Internship
Providing critical software, hardware, network trouble-shooting, assisting customers in the
maintenance and support of both the Bloomberg Professional Service and supplementary electronic
trading platforms within their own internal networks.
You will also be asked to work with other departments such as sales, analytics, installations, and
networks in order to ensure a seamless level of outstanding customer service.
Candidate Profile:
Candidate should possess B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/BCA/Other degree in IT/Computer-related studies from a
recognised university.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proactive and flexible attitude.
Ability to multitask and work well in a team.
Fluency in English is a must.
Proficiency in any Asian languages is an advantage.
