Walk-In for Trainee Engineer
Job Description :
- Major responsibility is to maintain all servers, application & give 99.9% uptime to the client.
- Monitoring and managing database schemas/tables by using SQL queries.
- Recommend timely actions and solutions to customer service requests.
- Taking Backup of all server databases on daily basis & also monitoring all servers CPU, Memory usage, and temperature also.
- Revenue maximization through innovative packaging and selling of content.
- Managing customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by providing standard delivery & quality services
- Coordination with the VAS Managers for revenue enhancement, churn and retention strategies.
Desired Profile :
- Excellent knowledge of mySql, Linux.
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Learning Attitude
- Good Aptitude
