Sr Assoc Consultant
Candidate must possess a Bachelor�s Degree.
Experience level � 4+ years
Should have worked in Managed Services environment.
Experience on UNIX operating system and ITIL framework is an advantage.
Excellent in troubleshooting ITSM applications, integrations, customizations.
Well organized with a positive attitude, and ability to work and communicate with Customers,
Vendors, and other internal groups as required.
Should be customer facing.
Exercises independent judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods,
techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
Willing to work in shifts, weekend and on-call support will be required.
