Job Description

Management Trainee

Main Priorities:

Ensure robust accounting system and internal controls for Financial Operations.

Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

Manage payouts related to commission, customer refunds and benefit payment and claims.

Ensure reconciliation of customer payment accounts.

Ensure production of financial reports and analysis on a regular basis.

Monthly Sales Reporting to the management team.

Handling the accounting system, monitoring expenditures, account reconciliation with the vendors, banks and preparing financial statements.

Skills/ knowledge:

In - depth knowledge of current accounting concepts, techniques and principles.

Good knowledge of MS Excel.

Conceptual knowledge of database management Systems.

Eye for detail without losing larger perspective.

Ability to meet deadlines while ensuring that the focus on quality is not diluted.
