3-6 years� experience in developing & delivering Contact Center reports
Experience in reporting technologies used by Avaya platforms - CMS Report Designer/Screen
Painter, IBM Cognos 7-10, Cognos ReportNet, Crystal, MS Reporting Services, etc.
Experience in building custom reports on Avaya products such as IQ, CMS, OA, AACC, WFM, APC
Knowledge UNIX/LINUX
Experience in ORACLE and INFORMIX database and SQL queries
Implementation & troubleshooting of reports in CMS/IQ
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Flexible work schedule to support global customers in North America & EMEA region and their business requirements
Must have excellent customer focus and satisfaction skills and work as a team player
