Job Description

Associate IC Design Engineer

Design of CMOS analog blocks such as ADC, DAC, oscillators, regulators

Layout of analog blocks or assisting layout of these

Implement and monitor Quality Assurance/Quality Control standards based on corporate guidelines in a project setting

People manage a small team of analog and custom layout engineers

Train/mentor new employees

Mandatory Skills:

Solid experience in CMOS analog design and knowledge of industry-standard design and simulation tools

Experience in low-power design techniques.

Experience in analog layout

Experience in device characterization and testing of analog

Experience in analog designs like ADC, DAC, Oscillators, PLL, Power Management etc

Knowledge of microcontrollers and embedded development environments desired

Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong problem solving ability

Preferred Skills:

Mixed signal IC design experience.

Knowledge and/or experience with ECG, Latchup.
