Information Security Experts
Troubleshoot technical issues to establish the root cause of problems and form a solution or
workaround across a range of environments
Monitor the Splunk infrastructure for capacity planning, system health, availability, and optimization
Implementation of Splunk infrastructure, deployment, products, apps, reports, alerts, and
dashboards.
Installation and maintenance of index and search head clusters
Assist internal users of Splunk in designing and maintaining efficient searches, dashboards, and
reports
Demonstrated competencies in storage architecture, virtual infrastructures, systems security and
baselines, data management including disaster recovery and data loss prevention
Proficient in documenting business, Ticketing system, and functional requirements for customer-
facing audiences, technical support and processes based on business policies
Candidate Profile
Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Information Security, Engineering, or equivalent work
experience
Minimum of 1-5 years of experience with the design, configuration, and support of Splunk 6.x, or
similar SIEM Tools
Demonstrated technical expertise with the following:
Splunk or other similar SIEM technology (IBM QRadar, RSA, HP Arcsight)
Linux or Solaris Servers
SQL and/or Oracle Databases
SIEM Content Development
