Linux Admin
Technical Support Engineer will be the primary point of contact for all assigned Accounts/Products
/Tools.
Diagnose and fix known technical problems for the given set of tools/products supported for the
region or accounts.
Communicate with customer Point-of-Contact/Partner as well as Cisco internal engineers.
Need to be flexible to work on other platforms than their area of expertise, open to learn new
technologies.
Need to be flexible with work timings (24 X 7 support).
Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Possess hands on experience or good knowledge on any of the Unix flavour (Solaris/Linux)
Networking skills- Basic internetworking knowledge. CCNA certification will be an added advantage.
Basic windows administration knowledge.
Prior NMS application support and VMware knowledge will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written).
