Job Description
Technical Support Engineer
Performs
Advanced Level Troubleshooting, Analysis and Diagnosis of Complex Networking
Problems & Design Issues.
Firmware
& Software Bug Scrub, Testing & Validation in Lab.
Simulate
the Customer environment within Operate Lab to resolve complex problems and
compatibility issues.
Assist
L1 (Level 1 Engineers) in Recreating Customer Issues in the Operate Lab.
Provides
Remote deployment support (Assistance to the Field Engineer whenever required).
Collaborates
proactively with Clients SP Wi-Fi Team to ensure optimal use of resources to
meet customer needs.
Provide
Engineering Recommendations & Capacity Planning along with Level-3
Engineers.
