Associate Network Engineers
Job Description :
Interacting with clients, understanding their needs & providing technical
support to clients by remotely accessing their networks & troubleshooting
the issues raised. The member will be a part of technical team that will
be responsible for resolving trouble-tickets raised by users of the
client's product/service through phone, email or remote access.
Desired Profile:
Skills Required:
1) Basic knowledge and understanding of OSI model and networking
protocols.
2) Basic knowledge of networking device worked on, if any.
3) Excellent written and communications skills
4) Knowledge of RAID configuration / Troubleshooting preferred
5) Familiarity with VMWare ESX/VSphere and VMWare networking preferred
6) Skilled in troubleshooting, interpreting problems and provide technical
support for hardware, software and systems.
Technology Domains supported Within TAC:
Unified Communications (CUCM, Unity, Multi-Service, IPCC).
Unified Computing System (UCS)
Network Security (VPN, ASAPIX).
Core Technologies (Switching, architecture, routing protocols, & WAN
Access)
Experience: 6 months - 2 years
Qualifications: Any Graduate /BE / B Tech /Technical diploma for 3 yrs
Essential:
Prior troubleshooting experience
Willing to work in 24*7 Support (Including Night Shifts).
CCNA Certification is preferred.
Knowledge of networking products already worked on will be an added
advantage.
