Technical Support Engineer
Candidate should possess Any Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in development .
Expert programming skills in Java.
Good understanding of MS SQL Server, T-SQL.
Experience in a Tech Support environment is a plus.
Experience in working with Windows Operating system - particularly Windows installation, Log file
analysis, Windows config files, EventViewer files.
Good understanding of IIS.
Basic Networking knowledge about workings of a Switch, Router and VLANs concepts.
Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Background in client server architecture, legacy systems, systems integration
This position will require you to work on shifts with a potential for extended coverage.
