Job Details: 1. Coordination with SO's & CO's on daily basis for the balance related issues or field related issues.
2. Activation of schemes
3. Maintenance of daily BT reports with the help of Data Entry Operator.
4. Monitoring of daily complaints recieved by Customer care executive.
Skills - Good in MS office - Proper in written and oral communication - Excellent with learning capability
