Excellent problem solving skills (issue identification, problem structuring, analysis)
Hands on experience in SQL, MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is desirable
Excellent written communication skills including the ability to develop easy to understand user
documentation for complex issues
1-2 years of experience in supporting business partners in a Customer Support / Helpdesk environment
4 year degree in or similar background
Strong English Language skills (both written and verbal)
