Job Description:
Customer Support
Review and fulfill requests by looking for card member information across American Express systems
and platforms.
Identify potential process improvement opportunities REQUIRED
Highlight issues through feedback and recommend changes in workflows, procedures, service levels,
based on customer demands to meet their needs and ensure quality service is given at all times
Candidate Profile:
Strong interpersonal, communication and listening skills
Strong data management/analysis skills
Ability to conceptualize ideas and opportunities
Display strong Customer Focus and Operational expertise
Comfortable with 24/7 shifts
Graduate or equivalent with 1-3 years experience in customer support
Good Written and Verbal communications skills are required
Should have knowledge of BFSI
Preferably from banking domain.
