Job Description:
Tron Analyst and Alexa Data
Qualification � Any Bachelors degree and above.
Experience Range: 0 to 1 year.
Shifts: Rotational & Night Shifts
Tron Analyst:
Understand performance metrics to create analysis allowing to drive business results.
Analyze and detect exceptions.
Meets predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards.
Fungible to transition within work types, flexibility to work across shifts (24/7 shifts) and
staggered week offs.
Understands and adheres to SOP.
Alexa Data Services
Provide hands-on transcription and annotation services.
Translate established guidelines into daily work practices.
Work autonomously with minimum direction.
The tasks will be primarily repetitive in nature and will require the individual to make judgment-
based decisions keeping in mind the guidelines provided in the SOP.
Fungible to transition within work types, flexibility to work across shifts (24/7 shifts) and
staggered week offs.
Note:
Graduation is mandatory and 2017 and 2018 Pass Outs (Graduates) please carry Consolidated Mark
sheet or Provisional Degree Certificate.
