Support Engineer

A Technical Lead In the Team & acts as a subject matter expert for one or more services.

Have To Lead large multi-team projects and resolve the most complex support issues.

Have to handle automation issues to identify problems & work with engineering teams to resolve issues impacting fleet performance & availability.

To Develop automation tools to assist with daily systems administration tasks.

Have to resolve RDBMS performance errors on Linux based systems, using DB logs & Linux performance monitoring tools.

Skills:

Candidate should possess B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc degree from a recognized university.

Good knowledge in SQL & Linux.

Have Good Communication Skills.

Programming Knowledge in Scripting Languages (CGI, Perl, JS�).

Good Debugging Skiils.
