Strong on data structures and problem solving
Should have Solid experience in Java, C++, or C# (expert in at least one)
Experience in Perl, Ruby, or Python (exposure to at least one)
Solid UNIX or Linux experience
Good understanding of database theory and experience in at least one relational DBMS
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail coupled with ability to think abstractly.
