Executive-Technical Support
Job Description :
Ensure daily field visits are done to the satisfaction of the client and
in time with agreed SLA's.
Taking care of Amadeus Office automations, network, systems etc by
maintenance of equipments/systems.
Ensure daily calls are logged with the firm documentation in the system
and resolution of the same is done within set time frame.
If any third party (ISP/Vendor) calls are not resolved in set timeframe
then has to escalate with higher ups. He has to take help from the concern
at H.O. for escalating third party calls and follow escalation matrix.
Responsible for maintaining H/W inventory by self or through store in
charge.
Desired Profile :
CCNA & MCSE Certified.
Graduate (B.E./ BCA)
Should have good comprehension skills and aptitude to deliver innovative
solutions.
Ability to multi -task with excellent presentation skills.
Presentable with good verbal and written skills in English.
Should be fully conversant with word, excel and power point.
