Junior Process Associate
Requirement is to hire Fresher Graduates from market.
Number of position is 10 for next upcoming batch.
Role is Back End process in Insurance Domain (Fresher need to apply)
Result awaited candidates cannot apply
0-6 Months of Work Experience will do.
Target to hire Graduate passed out in Year -2014, 2015 and 2016
Responsibilities:
Manage and update Insurance Member and Plan data on multiple systems
Enter new member data into excel and enrollment forms
Processes customer requests in a timely and accurate manner
Communicates with customers through written correspondence
Using PC application and functions such as Excel and Word to update and load data sets.
Interview Process:
Basic Communication, Typing Test and Aptitude Test: (Typing speed of 30 W.P.M. with 85%
accuracy) at ITC Premises.
HR Round SunLife HR (Candidates to carry hard copy of Resume, Typing test and Aptitude test
copy)
Technical Panel Round (F2F round at SunLife Office) UCP/SPI.
Mandatory Documents:
All original Mark sheets and Certificates (10, 12, Graduation)
Current or Permanent address proof
Pan card (In case not available acknowledgement receipt is required)
One Passport Size Photograph
