Job Description
Associate Service Desk Analyst
Good
understanding of WindowsXP / Win7 environment and UI ( User profile, email
config, Appl installing ).
1-2 years
hands-on experience with office productivity tools like Word, Excel,
Powerpoint, Outlook and IE7/8 in configuration and support issues.
Basic
understanding of MS networking setup and configuration for PCs ( DHCP, DNS, IP
config ).
Basic
understanding of PC and laptop troubleshooting ( OS, device driver install,
event viewer ).
Preferred:
Experience
in supporting enterprise applications like Oracle EBS will be added advantage.
Knowledge
of installing and support of Studio.Net, Visio would be added advantage.
Basic
knowledge about VPN client side configurations ( Juniper, CheckPoint, Cisco,
Nortel ).
Working
with CA service desk tool.
