Freshers Intern
SCM Process:
Should define SCM best practices and should be a key driver of the same.
Should write SCM plan and have great understanding of configuration management process
(Configuration Identification, Control, Status Accounting and Audit Reporting.)
Should understand the agile workflow and SDLC life-cycle.
Build Management:
Should have strong scripting expertise of one of the scripting tools like MSBuild, Perl, Shell, Batch or Python.
Should have strong expertise of build tools like ant, nant, make, and maven.
Should have designed the build workflow and have strong understanding of the same
Skills:
Should have strong understanding of the Continuous Integration Process and the workflow.
Should have worked with CI tools like TFSBuild, Jenkins, Team City, and Cruise Control.
Interpersonal Skills.
Very great communication skills.
Should be a strong team player.
