Job Description:
Officer-Aerospace & Defence
Candidate should possess B.E/B.Tech (Chem/Polymer), MSc (Chemistry, Organic chemisty,
Inorganic chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry), M.Tech (Chem Engg, Materials,
Composites) from recognized University or Institution.
Understand customer/product requirements and specifications.
Review relevant literature.
Demonstrate ownership of project and execute experimental plans using Six Sigma principles.
Monitor, record, and update project data using ISO systems.
Review test reports covering the basic, process and performance properties of the new product for
submitting to the customer.
Participate, discuss, review feedback from customer trials and if required, design and execute
experiments to modify products.
Execute experiments and demo batches for scale-up team.
Come up with new ideas for product development with emphasis on IP.
