Activation Officer
Candidate should possess a graduate in any discipline
Timely receipt of documents from distributors
Returning of Rejected CAF within Agreed timelines
Accepting only compliant documents & reject only non- compliant documents.
Accuracy in Data Entry
Process adherence as per guidelines / documented process
Ensure Agency maintains all registers , records & MIS as specified wrt CAF movement
Ensure Agency dispatches all activated CAFs to central location
Timely reporting of System / Process failures to both stakeholders at Idea and Agency and ensure
necessary action is taken.
