Job Description:
System Administrator
Candidate should possess Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related field preferred
2 Experience with ESXi/vSphere/View
Virtual Desktop deployment experience
Provides day-to-day operational support for VMWare VDI.
Includes virtual desktop performance troubleshooting, access issues, profile/persona issues and
general troubleshooting/problem solving
Deploys virtual desktops to customers and supports VDI on-boarding efforts
Develops and maintains operating processes and procedures
Coordinates and monitors troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common system problems;
documents system events to ensure continuous functioning.
Recommends course of action and implements as approved.
