Regional Manager
Good understanding of Life insurance business with experience of working with a Life Insurance firm.
Deep knowledge of Life & Pensions (both Defined Benefit & Defined Contribution areas), & annuities (Fixed & variable).
Ability to define and document business processes.
Understanding of trends in insurance globally and key business and technology imperatives.
Experience in working on different policy administration systems would be a definite plus.
Have a good idea of requirements, gap analysis, functional design, testing and UAT. Be able to create and reuse product templates and set up Product Libraries.
