Assist the Process Leads in delivering quality work. Assist and guide the team members in processing their assignments by acting as SMEs. Responsible for team's work quality and accuracy. Responsible for the tracking errors and provide appropriate feedback to team members. As SMEs participate actively in knowledge transfer during new process transition.
Should possess good Real Estate / Mortgage domain knowledge and should have the willingness to learn. Should understand and have ability to document policies & procedures (process). Ability to do multi-tasking and work on multiple projects / process. Should be a good team player with good interpersonal skills. Should have good attention to detail and analytical skills. Open to any shifts.
