Candidates should possess A Graduate or equivalent
Must Have � Minimum 2-3 year project hands-on experience in following skills-
Experience in UI Design using XAML with good understanding of key features like data binding,
styles, templates, animations, visual tree etc.
Experience on MVVM Design Patterns
Experience on Frameworks like PRISM/CAB/Enterprise Architect etc.
Experience of programming on .Net 3.5 or above for at least 5-6 years
Experience of multi-threading architectures
Good to Have Experience on design tools like Blend
Experience of handling issues like performance, scalability, caching etc. in WPF applications
Experience on creating re-usable controls using XAML.
Experience of working on n-tier architectures
Experience of working on Team Foundation System
