Job Description
We are looking
for SAP HR Functional Consultant with 3 + years of experience on Sap HR (PA,
PD, OM,Rect...)
JD - Technical Competencies
3+ years of
Hands on expi on HR Modules PA, OM, ESS/MSS, Multi country Payroll,
Positive/Negative Time.
Roles and Responsibility
1. SAP Application Management
Complete
Application Management (Implementation/Upgrade Projects, Incidents, Change
Requests & Problem Management) for the module at site/off site where deputed.
Analyze
requirements, Develop concept, Realize the solution, Unit testing, Integration
testing, Making the solution productive, Documentation and User training.
2.Support to Team Members
Provide
business support to other consultants of the same module.
Find
solutions for problems being faced by Consultants (Trouble Shooting), Assist in
Problem Control (Root cause analysis) & Error control (Workaround)
3. Customer Interaction
Continuous
interaction with the internal and external customers during the entire
Application lifecycle.
4. Process Adherence
Adherence
to Atos process and procedure / client as the case may be.
5. Inter-group co-ordination
Coordinate
with other consultants across module and across projects.
6. Training
Assist to
Identify, Plan & organize training and provide know how transfer to
customer and consultants.
7.Support Pre sales / sales
Participate
/ Assist Sales process with new prospect (Scoping, estimates and demos for
future prospects ) as required
8.Assisting Resource Management
Assist Team
Lead in identifying and recruiting suitable resources. This includes conducting
interviews and impartial assessment.
9.Audits
To face
audits as applicable for the projects for his/her module for smooth Application
