Skills and Specifications

Demonstrable skills in project/campaign/program management

Basic knowledge of marketing principles is expected but a strong communication background preferred

Understand new media technologies and online media. Experience handling social media preferred.

Excellent copyright skills and able to rework on technical aspects for a broad range of audience

Effective presentation skills and ability to respond professionally to questions from a team of managers, members, clients and public

Capable of writing short reports, procedures and business correspondence

Ability to work as part of a large team driven environment

Basic ability to analyze data and identify trends

Well built skills in organization, prioritization and time management

Work to meet project deadlines with minute attention to information, accuracy and language

Highly self-motivated individual who needs minimum supervision

Education and Qualification

Bachelors degree in mass communication/ marketing & sales

Masters degree/diploma preferred

Two-Three years of experience in a similar role preferred.

Experience of working with Siebel and Oracle On-Demand-Marketing Module (ODM) a big plus.
