RESPONSIBILITIES :
Prepare
monthly Six Sigma Reports using MS-PowerPoint
Design /
Create control charts using MS-Excel
Analyze
processes by referring to Control charts and identify causes of sigma
variations & process variations
Intimate
Business Units of the causes of process variation and ascertain reasons causes
for such variation, to communicate the same to Senior Management
Track
on-going and implemented Six Sigma projects at Ocwen
KEY RESULT AREAS:
Report
preparation and co-ordination with Business Units.
Maintain
turnaround time as defined.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Eye for
details and Good communication skills
Good
analytical and independent problem solving skills
Good
knowledge of MS-Excel and MS-Access
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND
EXPERIENCE:
Graduate
degree in Engineering/Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/Commerce
0-2 years
of work experience
PREFERRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATION AND
EXPERIENCE:
Understanding
of the Six Sigma methodology with an emphasis on process analysis and process
control
Basic
understanding of statistical applications e.g. MINITAB, SPSS, SAS
Basic
understanding of SQL (Oracle/Sybase/MS-SQL) and Visual Basic
