Support Associate
Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc/M Com from a recognised university.
Should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.
Should experience in providing Inbound/Outbound voice support.
Must have good decision making skills & analytical skills.
Must extremely good in service oriented with willingness to learn new things.
Should have good knowledge of Internet Application, MS-Word and MS-Excel will have an added
advantage.
Should excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be willing to work in different time zones/late night shifts.
Must have excellent Communication Skills.
Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
Must be eager to be a part of a past paced team.
Having payroll experience will be an add-on advantage.
Must be good at basics of accounting and finance.
Should have good knowledge of Internet Application, MS-Word & MS-Excel.
Must have strong analytical skills, should have an eye for detail.
Must be extremely service oriented with willingness to learn new things.
Should provide voice support to customers.
