Job Description:
Sr. QA Engineer
Candidates should possess A bachelor�s degree with specialized training in testing methodologies
and/or certification
Shall have relevant work experience with at least 4 years of solid end-to-end functional and
performance testing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience in Browser compatibility and Localization testing
Strong ability to write well-structured test plans, test scenarios and test cases
Knowledge of Web based concepts and basic SQL commands is required
Solid analytical and research skills
Automation skill set is an added advantage
Domain knowledge and experience in testing a HR software application is an advantage
Experience in using the following tools:
Defect tracking tool for logging and managing defects
Test management tool
