Learning & Development Analyst
Perform training need analysis to identify the gap between the current and the desired individual
and organizational performances.
Design , maintain and update training modules and learning paths and ensure they are relevant
and effective
Design learning solutions such as job aids and various modes of training to meet customer needs
Conduct program delivery and perform pre and post training assessments for checking the
effectiveness of it.
Work closely with all business units to support the business needs and Initiate learning activities
Track and report course attendance
Prepare periodic, standardized reports of training programs conducted
Planning of training batch schedules/ training calendars
Provide expertise and acts as consultant to the business units on learning and development for
both employee personal development as well as job knowledge transfer and process
documentation.
