Job Description:
Sales Engineer
Candidate should possess Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation with
4 to 6 years of relevant sales experience in field instruments will be an ideal fit.
Generate enquiries, participate in commercial negotiation discussions with customers and secures
the order adhering to ABB guidelines
Communicate secured orders along with support documents and order price with the management
and ensure order handling team books in SAP
Initiate and participate kick-off meetings with customers, proposal, project management and
engineering team to define order intake and scope
Ensure to collect payments from customers, channel partners based on various project milestones
considering liquidated damages, legal matters and retention payments and forwards payment advice
to respective zone accounts team
Conduct and participate product demos, presentations to customers, channel partners, consultants
to educate them about ABB offerings
