Job Description:
Analyst
Understand DS Global Travel Policy, Geo specific Travel Policies and Audit rules
Audit and approve travel reports for expenses claimed by the DS employees
Compliance
Identify non-compliant expenses and take appropriate actions: further explanations or denial or
escalation when required
Verify required receipts as per the applicable policy are attached and matching with the expense
claimed (may be also required by Tax Administration(s))
Interaction with employees
Request explanations from the employee in case of pending reports until approval or denial
Track pending reports on a daily basis to clear the backlog
Knowledge capitalization
Capitalize knowledge and share it with the rest of the team when solving complex or first of a kind
exception(s)
Prepare other reporting or perform special assignments as needed
Skills
Fluent English
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Team player spirit
Ability to work in cross-functional teams
Proficient with MS Excel; with Finance ERP (preferably PSFT) a plus
