Sales Analyst
Analyze
requests according to category rules and/or context specificities (quality and
completeness of requested information and documentation package).
Make
appropriate feedback to requestor when needed.
Manage key installed
base (consistency with license rights).
Respect and
apply either general policies or specific customer agreements or specific
country policies.
Balance
Turn Around Time respect against priority judgment.
Understand
product packaging, releases and versions, as well as brand licensing
specificities.
Desired Profile:
Clarity and
rigor in analysis summary and communication.
Ability to
prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Interpersonal
skills, ability to work across teams within the company and with demanding
customers.
Verbal and
written communication skills.
Fluency in
English.
First
experience in Sales Business Administration would be an asset.
