Should have
sound Knowledge on Windows XP & Desktop HW

experience in Installation , Configuration

experience in trouble Shooting of Mail Clients (MS outlook& outlook
express, Lotus Notes),
Should have
experience in MS Office Applications, Antivirus Clients - (Symantec, Kaspersky,
McAfee etc.
